The vision of our app is to provide a better dining experience for customers.
There are many different restaurants from different countries in the United States; customer of the restaurants may not recognize or eaten the food on the menu. Our solution is using a digital menu in the restaurants. In this way, the restaurant owners do not have to worry about the limited spaces on physical menu, and they can add a lot more details and pictures on the online menu, allowing customers to have a better understanding of the dishes provided. Also, there will be a feature on the app which customers can wait in line by simply scanning a QR code in front of restaurants. on the app, so that people do not need to physically show up until in their turn.

The benefit does not only limited to the customer side; the restaurant owners can also benefit from our product. Restaurants can lower huge amount of cost in employment since our app helps cut over 50% percent of workload for waiters. In addition, we will collect statistical data of the customers’ preference. With enough customer using the app, the store owners can know which dishes are more appealing and which are not. We treat this as a win-win situation for both the customers and the restaurant owners.

If there is a line in the restaurant, the customer can scan the QR code and put them on the waitlist.
After finishing their meals, customers can also make a payment on the app. We will collaborate with some online payment systems such as the ApplePay or Venmo. Customers can easily pay through the system and they do not need to call the waiters and wait for their credit cards to be delivered several times, which may spend so much time.
Customers do not need to call waiters to order their meals; instead, they only need to scan the QR code, so that the online menu will be popped up on the app and they can order/view their menu through the app/website. Also, if there are two or more customers sitting around one table, they can scan the same QR code so that what they ordered will be added together on the app.
